By purchasing or using a gift card from LULEDIELLI Art Atelier, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Gift cards may be used to pay for art lessons, workshops, and creative sessions organized at LULEDIELLI Art Atelier in Prishtina. Gift cards are available starting from 20 EUR. The value of the gift card may be applied toward one or multiple sessions until the full balance has been used. Each gift card is valid for three months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, any unused balance may no longer be redeemable. In exceptional circumstances, an extension may be granted at the discretion of the atelier. To redeem a gift card, the holder must contact LULEDIELLI Art Atelier to reserve a workshop or creative session. Reservations may be made via email, messaging applications, or in person. When booking, the holder must provide the gift card image or identification details. Participation in workshops is subject to availability. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards may be transferred to another person with prior notice to the atelier. Gift cards are delivered electronically in PDF or custom digital format via email or messaging application. Physical gift cards may be available upon request. Gift cards may be used for any available group workshop or creative session offered by LULEDIELLI Art Atelier, subject to availability. Gift cards may be purchased and sent digitally to recipients located abroad, provided that the workshop or service is redeemed at LULEDIELLI Art Atelier in Prishtina. Gift card holders are encouraged to redeem their gift card within the validity period. If additional time is required, the holder may contact the atelier to request an extension, which may be granted at the discretion of LULEDIELLI Art Atelier.
